| Mercury Intercom over IP (IoIP) technology is a hardware and software platform that provides users with a set of voice communications capabilities for collecting, exchanging, processing, disseminating, storing, and managing structured communications.
The system supports near-instant, full-duplex, multi-channel, simultaneous communications on a one-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-many basis on a massive scale.
With IoIP there is no need to create, maintain and secure a separate network. IoIP is easily added to an existing LAN or WAN and ordinary PCs.
Unlike conventional telephones and VOIP, IoIP provides one-touch connection to other users via software (virtual) or hardware control panels. IoIP uses a fraction of the bandwidth and capital equipment investment typically required for VOIP implementation.
